The allotment of the houses will be based on the ‘as is where is’ principle. The Greater Noida Plot Scheme is launched occasionally every month and for the month of July-August; it has been launched on July 10, 2023. Those who are interested in buying plots can apply from July 17, 2023, to August 8, 2023. After this date, applications will be closed for all buyers.

The independent houses are situated Xu 2 and Xu 3 sectors of Greater Noida. There are 77 units and the cost of each unit is Rs. 73.41 lakh. People can register for the houses at Rs. 7.5 lakh.

On the other hand, the multi-storeyed buildings are widely spread out throughout the different sectors of Greater Noida such as Omicron 1A, Omicron 1, Sector-12, Mu 2, Xu 3, Eta 2, etc.

Under the Greater Noida Authority Residential Scheme 2023, altogether 166 plots were listed on e-auction. The sizes of these plots varied from 162 sq m to 739 sq m. Among these, the highest numbers of plots were 127 which measured 220 sq m. The Sector-2 of Greater Noida has around 140 plots and houses almost all of these land pieces.

The plot schemes are running alongside the Greater Noida Housing Scheme 2023 and several other project schemes under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 for Shop/Office and Kiosk

The Greater Noida Authority also launched another offering of plots in January 2023 which were for commercial plots. These plots serve the purpose of accommodating shops/offices and kiosks across Greater Noida.

Under this scheme, it offered 50+ plots and kept a 20-day application submission window so that interested applicants could understand the scheme thoroughly and then make an informed decision.

The scheme code of this Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 is CSK-I/2022-23 and it will be conducted via an e-auction. These plots are being offered as believed to be canceled land pieces because their previous owners were incapable to clear pending dues for the land.
