The plot scheme introduced on September 7, 2022, has received a positive response from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). As of the last day for submission of applications, over 85,000 purchasers had submitted 477 residential plot applications. On November 18, 2022, there will be an online lottery draw. What is YEIDA Plot Scheme 2022?

Plots are available under the YEIDA Plot Scheme for institutional and YEIDA industrial plot scheme 2021 use. A residential real estate project YEIDA is getting ready to launch will sell plots in Noida sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20, and 22D. 477 plots totaling 60 to 90 to 120 to 162 to 200 to 300 to 500 to 1000 to 2000 square meters are available under this proposal. The plots in the current proposal range from those that were entirely new to those that were carried over from the earlier plans and also many properties in Noida. Online applications for the program are accepted between September 7 and October 7, and the allocation will be done on November 15 by a draw.

Eligibility Criteria YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme

Only applicants who meet the requirements for the following points may enroll in the YEIDA residential plot scheme 2022:

● The candidate must be an Indian national to be considered.

● The applicant should never have been allocated any additional plots or apartments in the past.

● To be considered, an applicant must be legally capable of entering into a contract, have a sound mind, and not be prohibited from conducting business by any applicable laws.

● The applicant needs to be older than 18 years of age.

● The only people who may apply for a plot or flat are the applicant, their spouse, and any dependent children.

 

Other eligible parties include the following

● a recognized partnership firm is required.

● Applicants may be registered trusts.

● Ownership companies are eligible to apply.

● Applicants may be registered societies.

● The structure of a limited liability partnership is an option.

● Applicants may be private limited corporations.

The following documents must be attached to the YEIDA scheme 2022 application after it is completed:


For Society-

● a society's memorandum of association

● Certificate of Registration (Provided by the Registrar of Societies.

● Rules and regulations in society

 

For Partnership Firm -

● Deed of partnership.

● The registrar issued companies A and B.

 

For the Company-

● Association Memorandum and Articles of Association.

● The Companies Registrar issued the Certificate of Incorporation.

● Agreement for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

● the Ministry of Corporate Affairs gave an Incorporation Certificate.


For Trust –

● Registered Trust Deed.


A summary of the institution's financial position for the last three years' worth of audited financial statements.

Background information about the applicant and any organizations to which he belongs.

Information on the company's shareholders.

A certificate detailing the company's net worth.

Payment Plans of Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) Plot Scheme 2022

Before the scheme's closing date, an application form must be sent to any specified ICICI Bank branches with a 10% registration fee. Three payment options are available:

Option 1: Within 60 days after the allocation letter is issued, pay 100% of the entire payment for the plot (including the registration cost).

 

Option 2: Within 60 days of the allotment letter's date, pay 50% of the total premium for the plot (including the registration fee). The remaining balance of the total premium is due in two equal payments every six months beginning on the 61st day after the allocation date.

 

Option 3: requires payment of 30% of the plot's total premium (including the registration fee) within 60 days of the date the allotment letter was issued. In 10 half-yearly installments beginning on the 61st day after the allotment, the remaining 70% of the sum is due.

Allotment Process Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) Plot Scheme 2022

● Residential plots under the Yamuna expressway authority would be allocated via a lot drawing.

● For each category, a separate draw must be conducted.

● Applicants who select Option 1 as their payment option will be notified of the results of the first draw. The second draw will be conducted for individuals who select Option 2 as their payment option. Finally, candidates who select Option 3 as their payment option will participate in the third draw.

On November 18, 2022, a system of online lottery YEIDA plot scheme 2022 draw date

 will be used to distribute the residential plots. Priority will be given to applicants who select Option 1 and choose the one-time payment option on the application form in the draw system. The next preference is given to those candidates who selected Option 2 and the remaining ones who selected Option 3.
