Percentage of Reservation in the 2 BHK housing scheme

Candidates with impairments can only apply for 5% of these units. In metropolitan areas, there is a reservation of 17% for SCs, 6% for STs, 11% for minorities, and the remaining 65% for others. Minorities only receive 7% of the housing units in rural areas, with 50% going to SCs and STs. The remaining 43% is available to other people.

Total Units Covered under the 2BHK Scheme with a Price Range

According to a memo from the principal secretary of the government to the managing director of the Telangana State Housing Corporation, a few of the areas where construction has not yet started on many units are Alampur, Gadwal, Devarakadra, Jadcheria, Mahbubnagar, Achampet, Kollapur, Nagarkurnool, Makthal, and Naryanpet.
